Ampere Reo VYB Price Revealed | Launched at Rs 69,499

Ampere, an electric two-wheeler brand of Greaves Electric Mobility has introduced a low-speed electric scooter, the Reo VYB at an introductory price of Rs 69,499. It comes powered with a Lithium Ferro Phosphate (LFP) battery with a claimed top-speed of 25 km/hr, placing it in low-speed electric two-wheeler category. According to Ampere, the electric scooter provides a riding range of 80 Km on a single charge and a battery life of up to 1,00,000 km. The model is available in four-colour options to choose from, which includes Warm White, Pastel Purple, Dark Grey, and Aqua Metallic.

Ampere Reo VYB Technical Details 

The scooter comes with 24 litres of under-seat storage, a colour LCD instrument cluster, keyless start, front disc brake, LED headlamps and tail lamps, telescopic front suspension, and rear damper. The Ampere Reo VYB also features a hub-mounted electric motor. 

As per Ampere, the Reo VYB is specifically designed for daily urban commutes and consumers transitioning to EVs for the first time. The company has also stated that it will be providing after-sales services in more than 400 service touchpoints across the country. Ampere will also provide 3 years or 30,000 Km of warranty.
