AllAboutEVs is an electric vehicle consultation platform operated by Blue Eyed Digital Technologies Pvt Ltd. We provide paid online consultation services including expert advisory sessions, video consultations, and email support.

Booking Confirmation

Once a consultation package is booked and payment is successfully completed, the booking is considered confirmed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

• If the consultation service cannot be provided from our side due to unforeseen circumstances.
• If a technical issue prevents the consultation session from being completed.
• If the service is cancelled by AllAboutEVs.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after booking the consultation.
• Failure to attend the scheduled consultation session.
• Providing incorrect contact or scheduling information.
• Delay in response from the customer.
• After the consultation service has been successfully delivered.

Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
