• The ride quality is fabulous, especially over broken patches of road, potholes, uneven roads, as it just glides over smooth roads. The eC3 is also easy to maneuver in tight spaces. 
• The car also comes with creep functionality just like a traditional automatic. Just lift the accelerator pedal and the car moves at a slow speed. 

• The overall NVH levels are great as it cuts the outside road noise, which makes the cabin quieter. 
• The seats are nice and provide enough space for occupants at the back and makes it ideal for 5 passengers.

• The process of starting the car is quite cumbersome, as first you have to put the manual key in and do 1 turn, this turns on the electronics, but still you can’t drive the car. Then like an ICE car, you have to do one more half turn and then the car switches to ready mode which pops on the console with a light and shrill beep. 

• There is a lack of various safety features like no hill hold, as the car can roll back on inclines. The Driver console is also very basic and feels dated in this segment of car. 
• There are no separate rear AC vents in order to cool down the temperature quickly. 
• The battery pack attached to the floor reduces the ground clearance, as it increases the risk of the car floor touching the road during uneven roads.
