TVS & Bajaj Leads the Electric Two-wheeler Sales: TVS Motors has started the new year with a rock solid start by registering an impressive sales figure of 34,428 units. The company has achieved this result because of the brand currently focussing on battery safety and expanding their service network, which has made the iQube as the most trusted and reliable scooters across the segment.

On the other hand, Bajaj Auto has secured the second rank and is competing with TVS with 25,505 units, as Chetak has emerged as a brand and proving as a “solid metal” for the Indian families.
Ather & Vida retaining their Positions: Ather Energy has held their position with 21,915 units, with Rizta making a majority of sales and transforming Ather from a “tech startup” to a “mass market” player.
Hero Motocorp Vida has sustained its growth path, ranking fourth with 13,273 units sold, attributed to the brand's robust goodwill in Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets.

Ola’s shocking fall & Ampere’s Stable Performance: The biggest downfall of this month goes to Ola Electric, which has shown a major fall to 7,511 units. Looking at the stats, it is clearly evident that Ola is struggling to stay in the Top 5.
Ampere has proved itself as a worthy alternative by selling 5,336 units. The Ampere Nexus is attracting a huge chunk of audience, all thanks to its long-term reliability and LFP battery quality.
AllAboutEVs Opinion
January Sales has clearly proven that the EV market is more focussed towards reliability and good dealership network rather than relying heavily on software and fancy features. Customers are looking for reliable hardware and services.
