Mahindra BE 6 Dark Edition has been teased in anticipation of its reveal on August 14.

Mahindra is gearing up for a large event on Independence Day, as it is all set to reveal four all-new concept SUVs, and its all-new platform vision, as it will be the big highlight of the event, the Indian manufacturer has revealed another teaser of BE 6 Dark Edition. The Dark edition of the BE 6 is all set to be introduced on August 14 and will be available on the top spec models. 

Mahindra BE 6 Dark Edition Highlights

Mahindra’s teaser about BE 6 Dark edition doesn't provide specific details, but the sharp and edgy styling of the SUV has clearly hinted that it is the BE 6 electric SUV. It is expected that all dark edition cars will be incorporated with all-black elements in the interior as well as the exterior of the car. 

The teaser also reveals a brief glimpse of the SUV which provides two-tone finish. Going by the trend of current Dark Edition models of Mahindra, it is expected that the Dark variant will be available only with the top-spec models of the BE 6. 

This will be the first EV of Mahindra to get the Dark Edition variant, followed by the XEV 9e which will see the same models in future. In Mahindra’s lineup, the Dark Edition variants are provided with the XUV700 and Scorpio N SUVs. 

However it is not clear what it will be called as Mahindra has not clearly defined the Dark Edition variant lineup, as the XUV700 Dark Edition is called Ebony, while the Scorpio N is named Carbon Edition. 

What to Expect From Mahindra on Independence Day?

Mahindra is slowly revealing the drip-feeding teasers of its upcoming four concept SUVs which includes Vision T, Vision S, Vision X, and Vision SXT, which are expected to be engineered on a completely new platform, which is an all-new flexible architecture and can be designed for all-electric or ICE powertrains.
