Hero MotoCorp Limited is all set to invest an additional investment of up to Rs 275 crore in Euler Motors Private Limited, which is an electric three and four-wheeler manufacturer company, as the company clarified on its board meeting held on February 5, 2026.

The investment will be done through parts of primary and secondary purchase of shares, as Hero MotoCorp currently has a stake of 34.1% in Euler Motors on a fully diluted basis. However, after this additional investment in Series E Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares, Hero’s ownership will be significantly increased to 36%. 

This particular investment will be completed till April 30, 2026. Euler Motors started their operations in January 2015 and currency operates in 64 cities across the country. It is involved in the operations of designing, manufacturing, selling, and maintenance of electric three and four-wheeler vehicles.

  • FY 2024-25: Rs 191 Crore
  • FY 2023-24: Rs 172 Crore
  • FY 2022-23: Rs 49 Crore

Hero MotoCorp also shed light on the investment and expressed their views: “As a Global Automotive leader, Hero MotoCorp is constantly driving mobility with sustainability, innovation and customer-focussed advancements. We are currently focussed towards the expansion and solidifying our current portfolio of electric vehicles, while HMCL is enhancing its presence in the rapidly evolving three-wheeler and four-wheeler segment by investing in Euler Motors.”
