Hyundai and Jio-BP have teamed up to enhance EV charging accessibility over 37,000 charging points.
Hyundai Motor India has disclosed a strategic collaboration with Jio-bp to strengthen their electric vehicle charging infrastructure, expanding the number of charging stations available through the myHyundai app to upwards of 37,000 locations in India.
According to the official press release, the collaboration will introduce over 7,000 Jio-bp Pulse charging stations in 300 cities, enhancing Hyundai’s current charging network. The charging points will be accessible via the company's official myHyundai app.
Hyundai Jio-Bp Strategic Partnership
Jio-Bp’s existing network comprises DC fast charging ranging from 60 kW to 480 kW, with the company stating the network uptime of 96%. There are a variety of charging stations located at major national highways.

This partnership will allow users to find Hyundai's DC fast-charging stations on the Jio-bp Pulse Charge Pro app. Currently, Hyundai is running 183 DC-fast charging stations and is aiming to increase this to 600 by the end of 2030.
The myHyundai app is accessible to electric vehicle users from all brands, enabling them to find and easily reach charging stations close to their current location.
