Keeway Hypevolt-R Price Revealed | Launched in India at Rs 1.99 Lakh.

Keeway has finally entered the highly competitive electric scooter segment with the introduction of new Hypervolt-R, which is priced at Rs 1.99 lakh (Ex-Showroom). This electric scooter is specifically designed for performance enthusiasts and provides a claimed IDC range of 180 Km on a single charge.

Keeway Hypervolt-R Key Specifications

The Hypervolt-R is powered by a dual 5 kWh removable battery setup. These batteries can be charged either on or off the scooter, as in-vehicle charging takes around 3 hours to charge from 0-80%. 

POWER: The power is generated via a mid-mounted permanent synchronous motor that produces 12 kW of maximum power output. According to Keeway, the scooter can go from 0-40 km/hr in 2.3 seconds and reach a top speed of 115 km/hr. There are three riding modes on offer: Eco, Normal & Sport riding modes. 

The Hypervolt-R gets telescopic forks at the front and five-step adjustable rear twin-shock absorbers. It also rides on 14-inch alloy wheels shod with 100/80 front and 120/70 rear tyres, with a significant ground clearance at 130 mm.

Keeway Hypervolt-R Features and Booking Details

The Keeway Hypervolt-R gets projector LED headlamps, a full-width LED light strip, 5-inch TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity, reverse mode, USB Type-A and Type-C charging ports and 27-litre under-seat storage compartment. The seat height is measured at 770 mm. 

The scooter is also equipped with rider aids, dual-channel ABS, traction control, hill hold control, hill descent control, cruise control, blind spot detection and a rear reverse camera. 

The bookings for the Keeway Hypervolt-R are now officially open via the brand's website for a token amount of Rs 5,000. The scooter features a unique design and comes in two colour schemes Crystal White, and Platinum Grey.
