The battery packs are expected to be integrated with a front-mounted electric motor. However, the company has not revealed the exact power figures.

Kia Syros EV Design: What’s New?

Visually, the design of the Syros EV will be similar to its ICE counterpart, but will feature subtle design cues to differentiate it from its petrol version. The front end gets a slim grille and a slightly redesigned bumper. There is also an inclusion of vertical ‘Ice Cube’ LED headlamps and body-coloured triangular elements on the bumper.

Coming to the side profile, the Syros EV looks exactly like its ICE version which includes details like thick B-pillar, a rising kink for the window-side at the C-Pillar and cladding for wheel-arches coming with 17-inch wheel size.

At the rear, the only changes are Syros EV’s rear is the ‘EV’ badging on the tailgate. It retains the same vertical LED tail-lamps and L-shaped signatures placed above. The rear bumpers get the same triangular elements as seen at the front.

Features: Expected features can include a panoramic sunroof, powered driver seat, ventilated front seats, and rear-seat base ventilation could also be the part of the feature list. However, it would be interesting to see whether it comes with ADAS or not.
