Quench Charger has unveiled its 60 kW Slimline DC Fast Charger.

Quench Chargers has launched their newest 60 kW Slimline DC Fast Charger as part of their existing EV charging network. It will be installed specifically for urban locations with a compact space and the locations with different environmental conditions. 

Talking about the Slimline, it operates across a wide voltage range with a dedicated IP65-rated unit which comes with multiple features such as low standby power consumption, and built-in smoke detection. According to the company, these new chargers are 20% more compact than standard 60 kW chargers. 

Dimension wise, the Slimline weighs around 150 Kg, and measures at 690 mm long, 1,485 mm wide, and with a height of 303 mm. The Chief Dream Merchant of Quench Chargers, Ravin Mirchandani expressed his views on the launch and said, “Quench Slimline has been created with a vision of what fits perfectly in the geographies of our country, just what the Charge Point Operators need.”

The charger generates a fixed 60 kW DC power output and can be installed in city centers, highways, and industrial locations, all thanks to its compact size. 4

According to Quench Chargers, they are also coming with future models which will support up to 120 kW power output, which can be upgraded further to produce 240 kW power output without the need of replacing the entire system, which is a smart update without changing the hardware.
