Tata Sierra EV Battery Replacement Costs & Expenses 2026

Tata has recently launched the Sierra EV which is positioned between the Curvv EV and the flagship Harrier EV. It comes powered with a 63 kWh and a substantial 75 kWh battery pack integrated with AWD configurations. The replacement cost of Sierra EV’s batteries typically ranges between Rs 6 lakh to Rs 12 lakh.

Tata Sierra EV Battery Warranty 

The Tata Sierra EV comes with a Lifetime High-Voltage (HV) battery warranty which is officially limited for maximum 15 years and unlimited kilometers. However, the lifetime warranty is exclusively restricted to the original registered first buyer, as standard commercial usage, fleets, and taxis are excluded. 

Second Owner: If the vehicle is sold or transferred, the lifetime battery warranty is no longer valid as the coverage is limited to fixed 10 years or 2 lakh Km, from the first date of registration, whichever comes first. 

Replacement Exclusions
