The Sierra EV was currently tested in off-road conditions to check its Quad-Wheel Drive capability, as it is getting heavily tested in different terrains like rough sand and mud in order to witness its performance in the real-world scenarios.

The Sierra EV’s power is channelised via Tata’s advanced QWD (Quad-Wheel Drive) dual-motor technology. Generating an instant torque of over 500 Nm, the QWD system ensures power is distributed effectively to all four wheels, the moment they need power. When the sand slips, the system smartly provides seamless stability and grip.
