Vida VX2 Battery Warranty
The VIDA brand provides a comprehensive warranty on VX2’s battery of 5 years or 60,000 km, whichever comes first. The warranty is accessible via “Battery+” or BaaS (Battery-As-A-Service) plans as it covers protection against manufacturing defects and performance degradation below the 70% specified limit.
It includes coverage for repair, replacement, and labor. The Vida VX2 battery replacement under warranty terms is also possible in the cases of battery degradation, where the battery health drops below a set threshold (more than 30% degradation).
Transferability: The VIDA battery warranty can be further transferred to a new owner, which helps to maintain the high resale value.
BaaS Plan Benefits: Customers opting for the BaaS plan can enjoy a 5-year coverage that includes a buyback option for the battery, which may be around 67% of the original battery price. The warranty is also applicable up to 75,000 Km specifically for other critical components.
