Hyundai Ioniq 5 Facelift Price Revealed | Launched at Rs 55.7 Lakh
Hyundai has introduced the Ioniq 5 facelift in India at a starting price of Rs 55.7 lakh (Ex-Showroom), bringing a set of mechanical upgrades including battery, design, technology and safety. The facelift features a larger battery pack, updated styling, and inclusion of new features. The Ioniq 5 facelift is underpinned by Hyundai’s E-GMP platform.

One of the biggest mechanical upgrades is the introduction of the substantial 84 kWh battery pack replacing the older 72.6 kWh. Hyundai claims an ARAI-rated range of up to 690 Km on a single charge.
POWER: Hyundai has not revealed the exact technical specifications for the India variant, but globally the 84 kWh battery generates a maximum power output of 229 HP and peak torque of 350 Nm.

Hyundai Ioniq 5 Facelift Design
The facelift continues to retain the Ioniq 5’s original design finished with Parametric Pixel styling, but introduces some fresh design elements. On the front, it houses a revised bumper with inclusion of new skid plates. On the side, the changes are restricted to a new set of alloy wheels.
At the rear, the updates include a new bumper design, a new roof spoiler, and a revamped V-garnish lighting element.
The facelifted Ioniq 5 is available with four paint shades to choose from: Gravity Gold Matte, Midnight Black Pearl, Titan Grey, and Optic White integrated with Obsidian Black interior theme.

The Ioniq 5’s interiors are highlighted with dual 12.3-inch displays for infotainment and instrument cluster. The update also features a completely redesigned 3-spoke steering wheel and comes with 4-dot design and heating functionality.
Interestingly, the center console also houses physical buttons for adjusting functions like heating and cooling. The wireless charging pad is also relocated with updated cup holders.
- Other technological features include Hyundai’s Connected Car Navigation Cockpit (ccNC), controlled over-the-air (C-OTA) updates, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and in-car payment integration for EV charging.
- There is also an addition of a new remote immobilization feature integrated via Hyundai’s Bluelink System.
- It also gets updated driver assistance features like parking collision detection and side parking distance warning.
