MG Hector Hawk India Launch: 1200KM Range PHEV & 7-Seater SUV Specs
JSW MG Motor India is all set to enter into a new dimension and is expected to be priced in the Rs 15 to Rs 20 lakh price segment with the highly anticipated MG Hector Hawk. This car is set to be introduced on July 16, this SUV (based on Wuling Starlight 560) is smartly utilising the “Hector” brand name in order to resonate with the Indian audience.
MG Hector Hawk Road Presence & Space
Visually, the vehicle dominates with a striking road presence and will be longer and wider than the current Hector on the roads. Dimension-wise, it measures 4,745 mm in length, 1,850 mm of width, and a generous 2,810 mm wheelbase. The upcoming Hector Hawk will also provide “Maharaja-like” legspace.

Revolutionary PHEV Technology
One of the biggest additions to the Hector Hawk is the introduction of Plug-in Hybrid Electric vehicle (PHEV) technology, which is making its debut in the mass-market segment for the first time. Unlike traditional hybrids, the Hector Hawk is expected to be equipped with a large 20.5 kWh battery, which you can easily charge at home.
The MG Hector Hawk is expected to combine the battery pack with a 1.5 litre petrol engine.
EV: The MG Hector Hawk will be also coming with a pure electric version equipped with a 56.7 kWh battery pack and claimed range of up to 500 km.
