At the start of the range test, the user started from Mangalore with 100% SOC at 6 AM and drove continuously for 6.5 hours straight with just a small coffee break of 20 mins. The owner reached Benaulim, Goa with 5% SOC @ 127 wh/km with full A/C set at 22 Degrees.

As per the user, the car returned an impressive real-world range of 370 km on full charge on typical state highways. The owner also told us that he used sports mode 50% of the time while driving, just like a traditional ICE car. The average speed was maintained at 85-95 km/hr and also touched 100 at some point.
The owner said that he took extra risk to check the potential of Nexon EV by making it touch 5% SOC. However, he admitted that he should have done a 10-15 min top-up by using a 60 kW charger. (present in huge numbers)
The owner also told us that he was not speeding the car unnecessarily and was cruising it at 87 km/hr 90% of the time. He used sports mode for spirited driving in order to overtake trucks at the starting of the Goa border.

However, according to him, he could have brought the range down to 110 wh/km, thus reducing the real-world range by 10%, but he avoided it and was driving with a light foot.
