The Oben Rorr EZ Sigma has been introduced at a price of Rs 1.27 Lakh, offering a range of up to 175 Km.

The newly launched Oben Rorr EZ Sigma is now available in India, starting at Rs 1.27 Lakh for the 3.4 kWh variant. Additionally, there is a more powerful 4.4 kWh variant priced at Rs 1.37 Lakh (ex-showroom). These introductory prices are special offers and will only be available for a limited time.

The company has started accepting bookings for the Rorr EZ Sigma for Rs 2,999 and also started organising test drives for the users across the Oben dealerships, with deliveries starting from August 15. 

According to the company, the next generation Rorr EZ Sigma will be an evolution of the previous Rorr platform and introduces several enhancements which focussing on improving the ride and handling of the electric motorcycle, thus enhancing the riding experience and elevating the standards of the e-motorcycle in a highly competitive rapidly growing commuter motorcycle segment. 

Oben Rorr EZ Sigma New Design

If we look at the design of the new Rorr EZ Sigma, its silhouette bears a striking resemblance with its predecessor, but gets highlighted with bolder graphics, featuring a bold new Electric Red hue alongside the current color choices such as Photon White, Electro Amber, and Surge Cyan.

The seat of the e-motorcycle has been redesigned to provide more comfort over longer highway drives, which is a top priority for the majority of electric commuters. The roof is also incorporated by a contrasting black theme for the roof and striking b-pillar further enhances the visual appeal. 

The ground clearance is rated at a substantial 200 mm and gets equipped with 17-inch wide tyres for a superior grip which makes it ready for different terrains, thus making it road-ready for the challenging Indian road conditions. 

Oben Rorr EZ Sigma Features

The next generation Oben Rorr EZ gets loaded with modern features like inclusion of a 5-inch TFT colour display that is equipped with a turn-by-turn navigation system and also features other connectivity options such as call and message alerts, music controls, and a trip meter. There is also an addition of a Reverse mode which is essential in parking and low-speed handling. 

The users will be entitled with a one-year subscription to the Oben Electric app, which will provide plenty of bike statistics like remote diagnostics, anti-theft lock, ride tracking, and charging location finder according to the current location of the e-bike. 

Safety features include Unified Brake Assist (UBA), Driver Alert System, geo-fencing, and an impressive 230 mm water wading capacity which is super useful in areas where there is a problem of water wading. 

Oben Rorr EZ Sigma Battery & Performance 

Oben continues to power the new generation Oben Rorr EZ Sigma with its in-house developed LFP battery technology, which regulates the temperature of the batteries effectively and ensures battery longevity. Both battery packs help the Rorr EZ Sigma achieve a significant top speed of 95 Kmph and help in accelerating from 0-40 Kmph in just 3.3 seconds. 

The range is dependent on which variant you choose, as the bigger battery pack provides a IDC range of 175 Km on a single charge. The power of the Rorr EZ can be extracted through three driving modes which includes Eco, City, and Havoc, supporting rapid DC charging. The company promises a charging duration of 1.5 hours to reach 80% from a complete discharge.
