Tesla India has finally introduced their second experience center at Worldmark 3 Aerocity, Delhi. The new showroom has been inaugurated less than a month after the company has launched their Mumbai showroom. 

The new showroom is situated near IGI airport and the distance between IGI airport and Tesla Delhi showroom is around 7 Km. The showroom is also equipped with 4 Supercharger stalls, amounting to a total of 8 rapid chargers in India. There will be an addition of four extra Tesla Supercharger units in two regions. 

The superchargers support a power generation of up to 250kW with three destination charger units providing up to 11kW of power compatibility. These can be used 24/7 with an option of self park facility as well.

Currently, Tesla is selling only Model Y in India and will be sold through a Delhi outlet as well. The Model Y comes at a starting price of Rs 59.89 Lakh (standard range) and Rs 67.89 Lakh (Long Range). Those users who are interested in the test drive of Model Y can contact the store and timings are 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM from Monday to Sunday. 

The new Tesla showroom will also have a physical access point for the NCR region and areas across the north, northeast, and west of India. 

As mentioned earlier also, Tesla is currently prioritizing to complete the deliveries for Gurugram and Pune, while the standard delivery is applicable to other states and all union territories of India, which includes Karnataka, Daman and Diu, Meghalaya, Jammu and Kashmir and many more. 

NOTE: However, talking about the Union territories, the deliveries are not officially commenced for Andaman and Nicobar Islands or Lakshwadeep.

The Tesla Model Y on sale in India comes with two RWD powertrains, as the standard 63 kWh battery pack generates a peak power of 299 HP, while the substantial long range version with 83 kWh battery pack generates a strong 340 HP of peak power. The RWD version takes around 5.6 seconds for a 0-100 kmph run, while the standard is just 3 milliseconds slower, measuring 5.9 seconds. 

The Model Y provides a significant range of 500 Km for the standard variant and 622 Km for the long-range models, with an electronically controlled top speed of 201 Kph.
