BYD has made the Sealion 7 more affordable as the Chinese manufacturer has launched the new Dynamic variant at a starting price of Rs 41.90 Lakh (Ex-Showroom). It has replaced the Premium as the base trim, which was priced at Rs 49.90 lakh (Ex-Showroom), which is around Rs 8 lakh cheaper than the previous base model. 

Below we have mentioned the updated variant-wise prices for the BYD Sealion 7, as compared to the rest of the lineup, the Sealion 7 Dynamic gets less features and a smaller battery.

BYD Sealion 7 Dynamic: Battery Specs & Range 

POWER: BYD has powered the Dynamic variant with a 71.8 kWh battery pack, paired with a rear-wheel drive motor churning out 231 Hp of maximum power output. The automaker has claimed a single-charge range of 520 Km on the New European Driving Cycle (NEDC). In terms of outright acceleration, the Dynamic variant can go from 0-100 km/hr in just 7.3 seconds.

Whereas, the top variants such as the Premium and Performance variant comes with a bigger 82.56 kWh battery pack. The Premium variant generates 313 Hp in a rear-wheel drive setup, while the Performance variant comes with a 530 Hp dual-motor configuration. The NEDC range figures are 567 Km and 542 Km respectively

BYD Sealion 7 Dynamic Features 

Just like the top trims, the base Dynamic version comes with LED headlights and tail-lights, a 15.6-inch touchscreen (Rotatable), a 10.25-inch driver’s display, powered front seats with ventilation, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, panoramic glass roof, 360-Degree camera, 11 airbags, Level 2 ADAS and more. 

The Dynamic variant features 19-inch alloy wheels (compared to 20-inch units of Performance trim) and 10 speakers, which is two less than both Premium and Performance.
