Maruti's price increase in June raises the cost of the e Vitara by Rs 30,000.
Maruti Suzuki has announced a price increase across its lineup up to Rs 30,000 in June. However, it was not clear to what extent prices will increase. We have just received an exact amount of price hike on selected Maruti models, which also includes the e Vitara. The prices were updated from June 14, 2026.
The e Vitara is also affected by this price hike and is now Rs 30,000 more expensive which is the highest hike of all models. Maruti has stated that the price hike is a result of the input costs and strong inflammatory pressures, thus it forced the company to pass some pressure to its consumers.
AdvertisementHowever, Maruti is not the only company to initiate a price hike, as brands like Hyundai, Kia, and Tata Motors have also announced price hikes, citing similar reasons.
