Kia Syros EV Price Revealed | Launched at Rs 13.50 Lakh 

Kia has revealed the prices for its recently launched Syros EV as it has been launched at a starting price of Rs 13.50 lakh and top-spec variants reaching Rs 20 lakh (Ex-Showroom). Kia has made their Syros EV even more affordable by providing the option of Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS), with prices starting at Rs 7.99 lakh + Rs 3.3 charged additionally for per km of usage. The Syros EV is Kia’s most affordable electric car for India and the second mass-market EV after the Carens Clavis EV. However, it is quite expensive than its competition, the Tata Nexon EV and Mahindra 3XO EV.

The Syros EV also comes with nine exterior colours to choose from: These include Glacier White Pearl, Frost Blue, Gravity Grey, Pewter Olive, Magma Red, Ivory Silver Matte, Ivory Silver Gloss, Aurora Black Pearl. The Xclusive Matte Graphite is exclusive for the X-Line ER. 

Apart from this, the Syros EV comes with three interior themes comprising Cloud Blue & Grey, Onyx Black & Off-White, and the exclusive Onyx Black & Hunter Green. 

Kia Syros EV Platform, Power & Performance 

POWER: The Syros EV is underpinned by reinforced K1 platform and it comes with a Nickel Manganese Cobalt (NMC) battery pack paired with an electric motor attached to the rear axle, generating 168 Bhp. The Syros EV can accelerate from 0-100 km/hr in just 8.1 seconds with the 51.4 kWh pack. 

The Syros EV is included with range of EV-specific advanced technologies like Paddle Shifters for Regenerative braking with Auto Mode and i-Pedal, Vehicle-to-Load (Internal), Virtual Engine Sound System (VESS), Battery Heating System and Shift-by-Wire Column Type.
